I called customer service and they suggested I try the phone and if I was not happy return it within the 30 day money back guarantee. This made me feel very confident in the purchase. So I opened the box and it contained the G981U1 after all which is GREAT, no Carrier Splash or bloatware. Phone had no front or rear screen protector, so not factory sealed?
